Art With Intention™ Healing Art Workshop Module 3 | Healing & Restoration For the things you have been carrying — the grief, the loss, the weight that hasn't had anywhere to go. This is that place.

The Healing There are things we carry that don't have words yet. This workshop doesn't ask you to find them. Instead, it invites you to give what you carry a color, a texture, a shape and then to set it down on the page for a little while so you can look at it from a distance. Through layered collage and paint, you will create something that holds both the wound and the healing at once. Because they are not opposites. They are part of the same story, and that story belongs to you.

Session at a Glance Full Session: 75–90 minutes (take your time) Group Size: 1–12 participants (smaller is better for this depth) Art Medium: Layered media — paint over collage, or drawing over writing
