SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are subject to carrier shipping rates, which will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.

Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Select your preferred shipping method at the time of purchase.

Damaged Items We take great care in packaging your order. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at elizabethmargarettuckwell@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge. Original artwork such as paintings, contact us. 

Delivery Once your order is transferred to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. However, we are happy to assist you in tracking or resolving any delivery issues — please don't hesitate to reach out.
