I believe that when problems, challenges or unresolved feelings fester in our minds and hearts they undermine our mental health.
We can choose to feel better. One way is to allow ourselves to free our minds and heart spaces with writing. Writing gets the tangle of feelings and unresolved issues out of your head. Writing frees up space in your mind and heart for clarity and calm. Releasing your challenges allows you to move in the direction of a solution.
Use this space to pretend you are writing a letter. Write without censoring yourself. Write without judging yourself. Allow yourself to feel what you feel and release what is no serving you.
